- rooftop unit over 4th grade needs to be replaced
- 8th grade will be going to Marquette High School & Sheldon theator for Christmas Carol.
- Red Cross presentations - Thursday
- Students can wear red on Monday for the feast day of St. Nick for a $1 donation to pay for the band "Switch Back"
- Evan Biliter will be "Principal for a day" on Dec, 10
- Advent convert will be held on Dec. 16 @7:00pm

- 3rd reading for Subsidy Calculations was approved. the next step is to present it to Monsignor Mank for his signature.
- Working on scanning in policy so we have electronic copy
- next goal is to setup committee to review Athletic Handbook

- after holidays, get bid on sealing parking lot
- talked to Joe Gonet about getting a template for new sign; can get bids later on
